  • What Animals Do You Provide Services For?

We take care of all animals! The majority of our services provided are for dogs and cats, but we are experienced with many species. Some other species we excel with are birds, reptiles, rodents, aquatic, and farm animals.

  • What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash, and checks. All invoicing and payments are done through our client management program, Time To Pet.

  • How Will I Know That The Visit Was Completed?

You will receive a “Visit Report Card” through Time To Pet after each visit with photos and important information about your pet and their care. We provide regular updates and will do our best to answer any questions and address all concerns at anytime.

  • How Do I Book With You?

Existing clients can schedule services directly through our scheduling app, Time To Pet, and new clients can contact us via email, text, or through the contact form on our website. All new client inquiries must be in writing.

  • Will I Get The Same Sitter Every Time?

While we do our best to schedule your “primary sitter” (the sitter usually assigned to your visits), we cannot guarantee the same sitter every time. If a different sitter will be doing your visits than who you are used to, we will set up a second meet and greet (at no cost to you!) with the new sitter. This is an opportunity for you to meet them, and for them to meet your pet and see the routine. We will never send someone new into your home without you meeting them first! Comfortability of your pet, yourself, and our sitters is of utmost importance.

  • I'm Going On Vacation, What Service Do You Recommend?

We have a few different options for clients going out of town for multiple days.

Our most recommended and utilized option for dogs is doing multiple drop-in visits. Typically, we recommend doing four 30-minute visits per day. The standard time windows are 7-9am, 11am-1pm, 4-6pm, and 8-10pm. We try to keep the visits about 4 hours apart, which seems to work well for most dogs. We do not recommend this option for crated pets, as it leaves them in the crate for too long each day.

If you’d like your pet to have more hands-on time than that, our second option is 16-hour live-in visits. This is when your sitter will be in your home for a minimum of 16 hours per day (including overnight), and is gone for no longer than 3 hours at one time during the day.

Finally, our third option, is overnight visits. If you choose to do an overnight visit, the sitter will be in your home ONLY from 9pm-7am. We recommend adding two or three drop-in visits throughout the day in addition to that. We recommend drop-in visits during the windows of 11am-1pm and 4-6pm.

For our feline friends, we have found that one 15 or 30-minute drop-in visit per day is the best fit!
